A `wave.wav` is provided in the attachment. Run `strings` on it:

```
$ strings wave.wav |grep ictf
ictf{obligatory_metadata_challenge}
ictf{obligatory_metadata_chall
```

So the flag is `ictf{obligatory_metadata_challenge}`.
